We have been approved with another lender before meeting with Home Center Construction and were encouraged to go through Clark Harvey with Envoy Mortgage, the preferred lender that works with Home Center Construction.  We were somewhat skeptical at first, but soon warmed up quickly and saw that Clark was very detailed and we felt like he cared about our personal situation.  When it came time to lock in the rate Clark coached us through the process of what that entailed and we decided to hold off from locking in as the rates kept lowering and based on Clark's advice we locked in on a very low rate.  As the loan progressed we were impressed that he kept us up to date on the progress of the loan.  He has a team that took care of our loan and made sure we closed not only on time but early. Great job team Harvey!
